CANCELLATION / LATE POLICY & DEPOSITS

MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS 

(Existing Clients)

The client must give at least 48 hours prior notice of cancellation. Appointments are booked as 1-2 hour slots and the technician needs sufficient time to allocate this slot to another waiting client. Should insufficient notice be given and the technician is unable to fill this slot, the client will be required to pay a late cancellation fee of 50% of the missed maintenance fee, together with full prepayment of the next maintenance fee, prior to agreeing another 1-2 hour slot.  Should the client give insufficient notice on further appointments thereafter, then FULL payment of the missed maintenance appointment is required, together with FULL prepayment of the next maintenance fee, prior to agreeing another slot.

INSTALLATION APPOINTMENTS

(New & Existing Clients)

A deposit of £100 is required to secure each fitting slot (1-3 hours). This deposit is then used towards some of the cost of the hair and the technician will temporarily cover the remaining total cost, until the full balance is paid by the client at fitting. Should the client wish to cancel the fitting, the client must notify the technician of cancellation within 10 days of the deposit initially being paid, and must give at least 48 hours cancellation notice prior to the fitting date. Please note that the hair supplier will only accept returns up to 14 days from the date the hair was initially ordered, and if the client gives insufficient notice, the deposit will not be refunded. 

LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS

(New & Existing Clients)

With an increasingly growing client base, appointments are usually booked back to back with the technician only having 1-2 small breaks throughout the day.  It is understandable that a client may be late due to traffic and other circumstances and the technician has made an allowance for lateness of up to 15 mins.  However, please note that if a client is running later than 15 mins then the technician may only be able to carryout part of the maintenance, and a further appointment may also be required.  Consultations and New fittings may have to be re-scheduled.
